We all know fake people. They are everywhere: in our workplaces, social media arenas, communities, and perhaps in our families.

• They lie about their skills, credentials or education.
• They take credit for other peoples' ideas and work.
• They undermine others to puff themselves up.
• They act like they are the "hero" in every story.
• They never show their true intentions or their true personality.
• They are takers.
• They rarely show emotion.
• They manipulate people with no sense of shame, accountability or ownership.
• They choose to hide behind a "mask" where it is safe; rather than have the courage to be authentic; to be real and genuine.
• They are emotionally damaging and toxic.

FAKE PEOPLE ARE VICTIMS IN MENTALITY BUT AUTHENTIC PEOPLE ARE VICTORS!

YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE IF YOU WEAR YOUR MASK:

Choose to individuality, authenticity and uniqueness. 

Choosing to copy someone: behavior, work, (resume, essay, ideas, artwork, music) is an expression of your OWN self-doubt and lack in your own abilities. 

Trust that you have gifts and talents to make it on your own without trying to pick someone else's mind. 

Living a lie will weaken your spirit and move you farther from happiness and success. 

Love yourself enough to be real. 

Choose courage to de-mask.

Life is too short to pretend that you are something or someone that you are not. 

Choose authenticity and you will live a more positive, inspired life!
