Authentic Leadership comes from the inside

One of my greatest teachers in authenticity is my horse. As we already know, ancient leaders as Alexander the Great trained their own horses because they mirror your gut feeling. When someone is really interested pony Prince Philip I is open for a meet-and-greet :-) So yesterday we gave an authentic leadership training to food company AgriFood Support. In midwinter the horses are fresh and wild but our client did very well! Her feedback was most wonderful:
