Sometimes your (leadership) skills and qualities are not (well) known and recognized by yourself. For you it is normal and a natural way of acting. The same with your mission and purpose. For your personal growth and development, it is great to find out and grow as a person and a professional.
I had this need and desire. I took the opportunity to join the transformation journey of Women Leading in Change.
What and how
For me it was the structure of the program as a whole and the separate pieces, together a great foundation and a joyful journey too.
Great to have several and different teachers from around the world. Bringing their own expertise, charm and dedication. The students having different needs and goals, that is surprising and helpful how it gives inspiration and insights.
The training is a space of safety, inspiration and encouraging too.
It was amazing to see us becoming more confident and more near to our purpose and how to act on it in a changing and dynamic world.
We are prepared, we are ready!
