(b) ? visa applications where the applicant is nominated by an expert Commonwealth or State or Territory Government agency on the approved Form 1000;

(c) ? visa applications made by applicants with exceptional and outstanding achievements in the tier 1 priority sectors;

  • Critical technologies;
  • Renewables and low emission technologies;
  • Health industries.

(d) ? visa applications made by applicants with exceptional and outstanding achievements in the tier 2 priority sectors;

  • Agri-food and Ag-tech;
  • Defence capabilities and space;
  • Education;
  • Financial services and FinTech;
  • Infrastructure and transport;
  • Resources.

(e) ? all other visa applications.

2. Exceptional Achievement Criteria: Applicants must demonstrate exceptional and outstanding achievements.

3. Inclusivity of Entrepreneurial and Community Impact: Demonstrating achievements, including entrepreneurial ventures, community contributions, and innovative business activities aligned with state or national priorities.
