9 年Yes, setting an Interactive Brokers account can be done by nearly anyone, anywhere and then it's just a matter of appointing the manager. As for the cost, this can vary depending on the portfolio (ie conservative vs high growth), however Total Expense Ratio (TER) including all the costs for IB would be no more than 1.30%pa - generally less (will be more if purchased through an offshore life bond).
