The Changes in the Post-Vocational Education Workstream
- The maximum age limit for Post-Vocational Education Workstream applicants is reduced to 35 years.
- Individuals holding Hong Kong or British National Overseas passports will be eligible till age 50.
- Applicants not meeting the age requirement for the Post-Vocational Education Workstream can search for other visa options.
- Applicants must hold an associate degree, diploma, or trade qualification related to their nominated occupation on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL).
- Applicants can stay in Australia for up to 18 months.
- Hong Kong or British National Overseas passport holders can extend their stay for 5 years.

The changes in the Post-Study Work stream
The Post-Study Work stream will be renamed as the Post-Higher Education Work stream.
- The age limit for Post-Vocational Education Workstream applicants is reduced to 35 years.
