Austin's newest culinary gem

To all my friends in Austin, TX and all my friends who will be visiting Austin in the near future, please allow me to share with you Austin’s newest downtown gem. The Goldie’s Sunken Bar and the Peacock Mediterranean Grill at the newly opened Proper hotel exceeded my expectation and set a high bar for amazing cuisine, cocktails, décor and service. With Austin’s rapid growth, we were long overdue for a proper (pun intended) Mediterranean restaurant, and executive chef Raymond Lammers delivered it in spades.
