Ausco Products' LC Brake System- It just may be your answer

While I have posted this information before in one lesson segments I believe it would be a good time to post it again all together. Ausco Products has been in business since 1908 and has been designing and building industrial brakes since 1938. We supply brakes to a number of industries all over the world including mining, construction, agriculture, oil and gas, forestry, and more. Ausco is an ISO-9001-2015 Certified company and we take great pride in producing the highest quality, best performing brakes in these industries. This focus is on mining and, more specifically, on our failsafe LC brake system for the Toyota Land Cruiser.

Toyota Land Cruiser failsafe brake lesson #1. Heat. Heat can be the biggest killer to your brakes. Most failsafe brakes for Land Cruisers used in the mines aren’t able the handle the heat generated by the constant braking. They are just not properly designed to dissipate the heat. Using our 80 years of braking experience Ausco designed our LC brake to handle the heat and keep on performing flawlessly. Contact me or go to our website to better understand the failsafe brake performance you deserve. www.auscoproducts.com

Toyota Land Cruiser failsafe brake lesson #2. Control. Should you be in a situation where you need to use your emergency stop on your failsafe brakes you really don’t want them to create more damage than the runaway you already have. Ausco brakes are designed to stop the vehicle without locking up the wheels. We have been designing brakes since 1938 and know a thing or two about safely stopping vehicles.  Toyota Land Cruiser failsafe brake lesson #3. True cost of ownership. There is a difference in the cost to buy a failsafe brake system and the cost to own a failsafe brake system. Many mines only look at the purchase price. What we have found is that with our competition the mines have to rebuild their failsafe brakes every 2 - 3 months because they just don't last. Some mines tell us the brakes only last 2 weeks! We have also found that the average cost to rebuild those brakes is about R 40,000 Rand. That means that in 3 years you will have paid around R 720,000 Rand repairing your brakes and had countless hours of downtime. You deserve better than that. Ausco Products LC brakes average around 2 - 3 years before they require rebuilding. Simple, low cost service every few months (the cost of a few squirts of grease) means our brakes not only outperform the competition but they save you a great deal of money and downtime. Are you only looking at the purchase price for failsafe brakes? Dig deeper and understand the true cost of ownership. You will see that the Ausco Products LC brake is an unbelievable bargain. Toyota Land Cruiser failsafe brake lesson #4. Service before and after the sale. Ever been really frustrated by a product? Not so much the product itself but by the poor service and support you get for the product? The sales guy acts like your best friend right up through the sale, then.... When it comes to the failsafe brakes for your Toyota Land Cruiser I am sure you have felt this frustration. We hear it about our competitors all the time. When their brakes need to be rebuilt the customer must wait weeks to get them back. They get little or no response back to their inquiries about the status of their brakes and there isn't much they can do about it. The Ausco difference is that our brakes last much longer so the rebuild opportunity comes along much less frequently. Our brake life averages 2 - 3 years, not 2 - 3 months. Couple that with the fact that you or your service provider can replace our brake in about 1 hour and be back up and running, and the worn brake is rebuilt in Johannesburg and returned to you in around 1 week, and you have a much better service experience. Ausco has sales representatives throughout South Africa and the product is in stock in Johannesburg for quick response. Check us out. www.auscoproducts.com

Toyota Land Cruiser failsafe brake lesson #5. Safety. Your Land Cruiser failsafe brakes are there to protect you should something happen. They are not supposed to be a safety concern of their own. Our customers tell us that the competitor's brakes last 2 - 3 months (with some only lasting about 2 weeks). How can you focus on your business when you must constantly be changing your brakes just to keep your people safe. The Ausco failsafe brakes last 2 - 3 years, not months. Also. we have also found that some competitive brakes use a house circuit breaker in their system. This 60 amp, 240 volt breaker should be located in your breaker box inside your home. Not under the hood of your Land Cruiser in some of the most dirty and corrosive places in the world. Not only is it the wrong component for the application, it is not protected from the elements and can fail simply from exposure. This is a recipe for trouble. Ausco uses a heavy duty automotive style circuit breaker designed for the harsh environment and sized for the application. This is not our first rodeo.
