Auritas Culture of Excellence.

Our experience of the past month have given all of us pause for thought. In the spirit of pushing us to higher highs, and better jobs, I submit to you an introduction to the Auritas Culture of Excellence.

We are a powerful group of individuals. As individuals we are strong. As a group, I am asking that you keep honing those technical skills which are truly second to none. I do ask as a group that we consider how we interact to become better and stronger. I ask that we become better consultants and better peers. I ask that every day that each of us considers our efforts to the engine that is Auritas. We are a group that has aspirations that can be reached by our working together as one. 

As a group is composed of individuals, at the end of the attached document are some questions that I ask of you to consider every day. Reflect on the day. Understand your contributions. Understand ways in which others might help improve you or you can improve others. Consulting is a team sport.

As I approach my year anniversary, I see many truly impressive things. To be honest, I’d like your help in making us stronger. This is another step on that journey. I continue to thank you for your efforts. I continue to appreciate the fact that many of you put in incredible hours and take on tremendous responsibilities. The changes that this and other efforts offer are to give us successful deliveries that are better than any of our competitors.
