Life is an exhilarating road full of changes and challenges. Throughout my journey, I have learned that reinventing yourself is the key to maintaining constant growth. I started out as a passionate accountant and earned a bachelor's degree which laid the foundation for my career as an accountant. However, that was just the starting point, as I felt the call to explore further and get out of my comfort zone.

It was then that I realized that in this constantly evolving world, more than static knowledge is required. I immersed myself in the world of continuous learning and did a postgraduate degree in pedagogy. This step allowed me to understand how people learn and how I can contribute more effectively to the development of others. However, this path was not without its challenges: I faced negative comments and discrimination. Despite this, I remained determined and finished my master's degree with an excellent average.

But the search did not end there. Aware that the business world demanded more, and driven by my own aspirations, I ventured into project management. Getting certifications like Project Management, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Emotional Intelligence became a commitment. During this process, I worked on jobs in different European countries, in roles that did not require formal education. The adversities were constant, but they strengthened me instead of defeating me.

These skills not only enhanced my ability to lead teams but also encouraged me to set out on my own path. I learned to survive, to fight and to understand human behavior. After a period in unskilled roles and facing pressure, discrimination and disrespect, it was time to chart my own course. Partnering with someone to start a business was the first step toward independence. This new challenge put all my skills to the test once again, especially when my partner decided to leave and look for a job in a company. This generated a lot of emotions that I had to learn to manage.

In this journey, soft skills play an essential role. Building strong relationships and leading with empathy, resilience, and adaptability have become intrinsic to my growth. The path was also marked by mistakes that, in turn, provided opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

In the search for constant development, I decided to learn languages like English and Danish. I started self-taught while traveling and living in various countries. Now, with a more structured approach, I continue my education, not only to obtain certifications but also to challenge myself and grow. My unique combination of knowledge in accounting, pedagogy, project management, business analysis, and many other areas allows me to blaze a path that blends my love of numbers with the desire to make a positive impact.
