Reaching this 11-year milestone fills us with immense pride and gratitude. We’ve been a living example of a self-managed organisation, thriving with a fine balance of autonomy and accountability, scaling up without the need for hierarchies and bureaucracy. We’ve seen our team reinvent themselves, push boundaries, and transform hundreds of digital businesses. With the launch of our new companies and branches in Udaipur and Kolkata, led by our own employees, we wanted to celebrate the spirit of self-management and playful innovation in a big way.
