I don't believe it is the end of August already. The last bank holiday has passed, most of us are back at work, we are going to be busy again very very soon.?

To be honest, I have been busy throughout the summer, with the exception of spending 10 days in Scotland for a relaxing family holiday in our lodge. Remember, you can book it via Booking.com or contact us directly. We are taking bookings for 2025 already.

?Then, another exciting announcement. Following the incredible success of our first live event last November, Man Up / Man Down is hosting a second live podcast recording in London on the 17th of October from 6pm.

We will be announcing the full panel shortly, but we can already reveal that Marc Convey will be our headline speaker: “Overcoming Fear: Transforming adversity into a road map for growth”. He writes about his story, which he also spoke about on our podcast, in his blog.

There is a further announcement, I told you I was busy over the summer.

I wrote a part in Ken Valledy 's and Eamonn Carey 's new book "The Start Up Lexicon" - part 2. Helping them to enhance this edition was an honour and pleasure. I wrote about the LTV/CAC ratio which is a key metric for evaluating SaaS companies. I actually used the metric for a recent due-diligence report for a VC I carried out.

Their new edition is now available on Amazon.

Throughout August, I have published a lot of content on Emotional Intelligence (EI) and recorded a video on it too. You can find that on my YouTube channel. I hope you find the content useful and it reached over 70,000 people so far. I am passionate about helping others, because I believe in the transformative power of self-discovery and growth. Witnessing individuals unlock their potential and overcome challenges inspires me deeply. I find joy in guiding others through their journeys, helping them set and achieve meaningful goals. By fostering a supportive environment, I empower clients to cultivate skills, build confidence, and embrace change.
