August with Beams: the First Open Day

Are your virtual events as much successful as in-person ones? They could think strategies of organising both formats are the same. And it shouldn't be a surprise if you look at IT solutions for virtual events. Usually, they simulate an offline venue: 6-8 hours program, a number of rooms with different activities, and attendees randomly visiting them without any logic predefined by the organisers.

At the same time, networking is still at the top of the challenges the organisers face while hosting virtual events. Participants don't highly value each event since they don't make much effort to register and even to visit it.

To overcome these problems it's important not to just create a digital copy of offline event but consider people's behaviour online and implement those insights in your virtual events.

How to do it? We'll discuss this on the 15th of September at the Beams Open Day!

Bonus: we'll also see which human brain specifics should be also considered to create the virtual experience which truly engages participants and doesn't let them leave tired or bored (and not did the target action??).

Register here. We'll be happy to see you and learn about your experience!
