August at Anviam: A Month of Learning, Celebrations, and Team Fun!

August was an exciting month at Anviam, filled with learning, cultural celebrations, and lots of fun! We embraced both professional growth and team spirit in true Anviam style.

We started the month with an important POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training session. Ensuring a safe and respectful workplace is at the heart of what we do, and this session reinforced our commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive environment for everyone.

Our cultural celebrations were nothing short of vibrant! We celebrated the beautiful festival of Teej, where the office was buzzing with traditional attire, festive food, and joyful spirits. ??

Next, we came together to honor our nation on Independence Day, celebrating the freedom and unity that drives our passion for growth and collaboration. ???? The energy was palpable as we reflected on the values that make our country—and our company—strong!

The festive mood continued with Janmashtami as we marked the occasion with cheer and traditional fervor. The spirit of Krishna filled the office as we enjoyed the day together.

On the professional front, we had an engaging PHP technical session led by our tech experts. At Anviam, we believe in constant learning, and this session helped our team dive deeper into the tech world, keeping us ahead of the curve! ??

But we also know the importance of balance. Our Fun Friday Games brought out everyone’s competitive streak! It was a fantastic way to unwind, bond, and share some laughs after a productive week. ??
