We’re also delighted to announce new partnerships with leading solution providers, further expanding our offerings. Additionally, don’t miss our in-depth feature on the rapidly evolving landscape of battery production for electric vehicles, where automation is playing a crucial role in shaping the future.
Measurement Technology using TwinCAT 3
Our recent TwinCAT 3 Training on Measurement Technology, held at the BTC Huntingdon and led by Product Manager Christian Lindemann , equipped automation engineers and technicians with the essential skills needed to effectively set up and commission measurement systems using TwinCAT. The training covered IPC configuration, the fundamentals of EtherCAT and advanced signal processing techniques. Participants gained practical experience with strain gauge-based weighing platforms and vibration measurement systems. Key Beckhoff products such as ELM3xxx terminals and the TwinCAT 3 Measurement system were highlighted, providing attendees with the tools to confidently manage complex measurement challenges in their projects.
Visit us at PPMA for the latest in automation technology
We’ll be exhibiting at the PPMA Show at the NEC, Birmingham from 24-26 September, 2024. Join us on stand F40 to discover how our innovative solutions can help you create modular and flexible machinery layouts.
One of our key highlights is the "One PC for All Packaging Processing Steps" solution, which integrates all packaging tasks into a single, powerful Industrial PC (IPC) platform. This approach simplifies operations, reduces costs and enhances synchronisation across all stages of the packaging process, leading to improved efficiency and product quality.
We’ll also showcase our stainless-steel automation components, perfect for industries with strict hygiene standards like food and pharmaceuticals. These robust, easy-to-clean components are designed to ensure reliability and compliance in challenging environments.
Don’t miss the chance to see our groundbreaking MX-System, a modular automation platform that eliminates the need for traditional control cabinets, offering you unprecedented flexibility and reduced installation time.
