Up to 434 series cell Multicell Battery Monitoring/Balancing ICs

意法半导体 L99BM114 Multicell Battery Monitoring/Balancing IC (https://mou.sr/3WZoX2u) is a Li-ion battery monitoring and protecting chip for high-reliability industrial applications and energy storage systems. Up to 14x stacked battery cells can be monitored to meet the requirements of 48V and higher voltage systems.

Up to 31x L99BM114 can be connected in a daisy chain and communicate with one host processor.

  • 4x to 14x series cells battery monitoring and balancing
  • 64V operating voltage
  • Independent 16-bit voltage ADC for each channel with an accuracy of less than 2mV
  • 18-bit ADC current measurement with a coulomb counter
  • 2.66Mbps isolated serial communication or up to 5MHz SPI

Low power 3.3V DC/DC Converter

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. MID02W0303A DC/DC Converter (https://mou.sr/4dAKqnN) is a regulated converter that supports a 3V to 3.6V input voltage (Vin) range. This DC/DC converter supports up to 0.25W of output power (POUT).

This converter operates at?-40°C to 125°C operating temperature range. The MID02W0303A converter integrates a power MOSFET, transformer, and feedback (FB) circuit all in one chip.

  • 3V to 3.6V operating input voltage (VIN) range
  • 1.5kVDC or 3kVDC?isolation voltages
  • Up to 0.25W output power (POUT)
  • -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range
  • Available in an SOICW-16 package


3.3V DC/DC Converter


No aging Opto-Emulator Switch

德州仪器 ISOM8610 Opto-Emulator Switch (https://mou.sr/3AkHhdv) is an 80V single-pole, normally open switch with an opto-emulator input. The devices are pin-compatible and drop- in replaceable for many traditional optocouplers, allowing enhancement to industry-standard packages with no PCB redesign.

Since there is no aging effect to compensate for, the emulated diode-input stage consumes less power than optocouplers that have LED aging and require higher bias currents over the device lifetime. ISOM8610 switch output can be controlled by just 0.8mA current through anode/ cathode pins over the lifetime of the device, enabling system power savings.

  • Ultra-low input trigger current of 800μA (at 25°C)
  • -55°C to 125°C supports industrial temperature range
  • Up to 3750VRMS isolation rating
  • 500VRMS and?707VPK?working voltage
  • Small SO-4 package

Wide input voltage ULDO Regulators

Diodes Incorporated AP7375x 300mA ULDO Regulators (https://mou.sr/4cjooVt) offer a wide input voltage range (45V), low quiescent current (2.1μA), and low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) with 300mA load current. The AP7375 LDO implements an EN pin that accepts an input voltage of 45V to enable and disable the LDO output.

  • Wide input voltage range of 3V to 45V
  • Maximum output current of 300mA
  • Low dropout voltage: 35mV @ 10mA, 350mV @ 100mA
  • Low quiescent current of 2.1μA

Open source PoE Camera

M5Stack U121 PoECAM PoE Camera (https://mou.sr/3yAsfQk) is an open-source fully programmable camera integrating PoE (Power Over Ethernet). This item is an ESP32-based webcam with a W5500 embedded Ethernet controller plus a 200W pixel image sensor (OV2640). PoECAM is equipped with a combination of 8MB PSRAM and 16MB Flash large memory.

Quad-channel digital current monitor

德州仪器 INA4235 16-bit Digital Current Monitor (https://mou.sr/3yvcfyZ) includes an I2C/SMBus-compatible interface that is compliant with digital bus voltage range from 1.2V to 5V. The INA4235 monitor operates from a single 1.7V to 5.5V voltage supply and draws a 400μA typical supply current in normal operation. This digital current monitor can be placed in a low-power standby mode with a 2.5μA typical operating current.

  • High-side or low-side current sensing

  • Temperature sensor accuracy: ±0.5°C typical at 25°C±1.5°C maximum from 0°C to 70°C±2.0°C maximum from –40°C to 150°C

  • 2.3V to 5.5V operating supply range

Another joke: for driving on a rosd needs a car and a driving licence and waychout for accidents might occurs ???????????????? and not everybody is able to drive a car on a road??????????????
