Will you be with us as we get a firsthand look at the?Toyota Lean Management System?and?Toyota Production System?in action with The Lean Leadership Academy’s exclusive Tour and Workshop at Toyota Material Handling Manufacturing in Columbus, Indiana, August 22-24, 2023?

We go beyond Lean's understanding of a morning stand-up to understand Toyota approach and use of the "Adrenaline Room" Daily Management Obeya that we use with our transformation clients.?

The workshop will feature a hands-on construction of a Start-up Daily Management room including an in-depth training exercise on running a daily management obeya.??Lastly, based on our March workshop, we have added an additional day that focuses on timely problem-solving in the Daily Management Obeya with a hands-on exercise in daily management problem solving using the Mr. Monura Method and Timeline.??
