We are incredibly proud to announce that Tempdent placed 13th out of 450 Independent Training Providers across all sectors, making us the highest ranked dental apprenticeship provider in 2024/25!
It has been a fantastic first year for us taking part in the Rate My Apprenticeship Top 50 Best Training Providers Table for 2024-25, and we are honoured with the result!
This table is voted for by current apprentices which makes it extra special for us. Thank you to our wonderful learners and the employers who put their trust in us and encourage their apprentices to vote!

The awards measure the number of new apprentice starts in the last 12 months, and the diversity of those apprentices.

New PARS Scheme
The Association of Apprentices and the Chartered Institution for Further Education have created a brand new professional recognition scheme for qualified apprentices.
PARS (Post-Apprenticeship Recognition Scheme) recognises the unique educational route that is an apprenticeship and rewards completed apprentices for the skills they have gained and their commitment.??
Depending on the level of apprenticeship completed, successful applicants are awarded one of four levels of recognition, with the right to use post-nominals, and a certificate displaying the full title of the award.

Rebecca is on hand with a wealth of experience and information about our entire training and recruitment offering, and she's your 'go to' for all things Oral Health Practitioner Apprenticeship!
Louise and Rebecca (mentioned above) have agreed to skydive in aid of Dentaid!
Two of our incredible team, Becky and Louise will be taking a leap of faith, quite literally, as they skydive to raise funds for Dentaid on 15th September!
Dentaid transforms lives by providing vital dental care and oral health advice to those experiencing homelessness, abuse, poverty, and harm.

"Jess has been an excellent learner and has continued to work hard to reach targets and take on the workload. She got a taste for completion and did not stop until she got there. Her PM, Siobhan,?has been incredibly supportive and has had great communication with myself which is something I tend to have challenges with. Jess had no fear completing simulations or any other assessments and was always professional and confident.
It has been a pleasure to help Jess on this journey to her becoming a qualified dental care professional.
I must also add that Jess has accomplished this alongside her being a racing driver, 12th in the British championship. I think this is pretty cool."
