Located at the bottom of the "Flow Tracker," the "Record Issue" button allows you to record your screen with or without narration. The recording is sent directly to WalkMe as a support ticket, with logs of your operation. Tickets submitted this way are resolved up to 40% faster, reducing the need for further emails and calls.
