We'd like to start off by highlighting a selection of the notable cases we've been involved in over this August, including:
Charlotte Crocombe successfully represented Leicester City Council in obtaining an urgent injunction against persons unknown to prevent an unlawful, unlicensed street party which posed a serious threat to public safety taking place the next day.?For more information click here.
Tim Straker KC, Head of Chambers and Simon Randle have successfully represented the London Borough of Newham in a planning appeal brought by London City Airport against Newham’s decision to refuse the airport's application for planning permission. More on the decision of the case here.
Chambers is also delighted to be welcomes onto the National Framework Partnership to provide Barristers Services in the areas of building and construction law. We are delighted to welcome back Thomas Dillon who rejoins Chambers on Monday 2 September. Thomas is an experienced commercial barrister, with a practice focusing on issues relating to media, including intellectual property and defamation.
