You'll know that one of Thorn's brand values is to champion sustainability. That means that through our activities, services and solutions, we respect our planet and those that inhabit it.

This sits alongside the?wider Zumtobel Group's three key goals: climate neutrality, becoming a partner of choice, and fostering a circular economy.?To document the actions we're taking and the milestones we're reaching throughout that journey, the Zumtobel Group publishes an annual sustainability report , and we're pleased to share the latest edition with you.?

School refurbishment project

Keith Primary School in Aberdeen, Scotland, has been transformed thanks to an LED upgrade, boosting cost and energy saving potential.

Thanks to our varied portfolio, we were able to meet the customer's requirements of installing LED alternatives that matched the existing scheme. CONTUS

Last year we launched our Contus trunking system. Not only is it efficient and flexible, it is well suited to retail environments. Why? Because it can optimally support different areas from the sales floor such as shelving, merchandise, aisleways and general circulation routes, as well as stock rooms and warehouses back-of-house. ?CHARITY City2Surf challenge

Our colleagues in Australia took part in a charity run in Sydney this month. Not only was it for a good cause, it was also a fantastic team building opportunity. The 13 participants could run, walk or jog from Sydney's Central Business District (not too far from our Zumtobel Group showroom) to the famous Bondi Beach.? Well done to all involved!
