We’re taking the wraps off Dropbox Dash beta, a new product designed to help you accelerate work, maintain focus, and organize more easily.?

With Dash, you can:

• Access the info you need instantly. Search for content across Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Asana, Notion, Salesforce, and more from a single, centralized place.
• Save time and frustration. Find out what meetings to attend, what files you’ll need, and which projects to prioritize from one tab.

A new look for previews gives you more editing power

We’ve redesigned file previews on the web to help logged-in users take action more quickly. We’re rolling out new features, so when you open a file on dropbox.com, the preview page will feature a new title bar, giving you quick access to editing tools:

• Crop, rotate, flip, or trim videos
• Add closed captions to videos with auto-generated transcription?
• Crop, rotate, flip, or adjust images
• Adjust pages, add comments, highlight text, and more in PDFs, then send them out for signature

We’ve refined mobile PDF editing?

We’re continuing to improve the PDF editing experience in Dropbox with new features for our mobile app. We’re rolling out the ability for Android users to add text, dates, and signatures to PDFs right from the Dropbox app. We’ve also made the Edit button easier to find on iOS so that users can make quick adjustments on the go.

Three new reports give admins the information they need

Admins now have visibility into how team members are contributing to their storage quota with the following reports:

• Team Storage Report: This report captures all content stored in your Dropbox, including team folders, shared folders, private folders, backups, app sandbox folders, and archived team folders, and gives admins a high-level overview of content counted against the team’s storage quota.
• Members Data Report: See how much content each user has access to. Admins can also view each user's total data usage across team folders, internal and external shared folders, and personal files.?
• Member Access Report: See the size and number of files each user has stored across team folders, shared folders, and personal folders and files.

Plus, admins can now turn off apps in the admin console, making them no longer appear in their navigation menu.

Dropbox Capture lets you say more in less time with the ability to instantly create, edit, share, and access all types of recordings and images—all in one place. These three new features take your communication to the next level:?

• Manual uploads: Easily upload images and videos into Capture with a simple drag and drop. Markup, edit, trim, organize, and share all your images and videos in one place with Capture.
• Screenshot upgrade: Instantly take a screenshot of your entire screen or screenshot the same area back-to-back. So the next time you need to capture a slide deck or multiple documents, your screenshot window will stay at the perfect size.
• Easily add Zoom recordings: Automatically store Zoom recordings in Dropbox and easily share, edit, and organize your recordings with Capture.?

Edit documents after sending

Stay nimble throughout the document signing process. Now users can add and edit expiration dates after sending a document for signature. Also, if the user makes further edits after the signer has already signed the documents, the signer will be prompted to re-sign with the unaltered fields pre-populated.
