A great way to decide what you do (and don't!) want to do in your career is to try out different skills—demonstrating skills in real-world scenarios may help decide which path is right for you. Check out the Fundamentals learning paths on Microsoft Learn as a great way to do that, with exercises actually using the technology you're learning—often in either a free 'sandbox' training environment, or utilizing an Azure subscription (which has a multitude of free trial and always-free resources).?
