Despite sweltering temps and the traditional slowdown, we've already had the good fortune to partner with some great friends this summer.

Welcome Blair Drake—Head of Professional Services

Blair brings to AVL a strong background in customer experience, service delivery, and operations thanks to the leadership roles she has held at various financial service and tech companies, including Spruce, OnDeck Capital, Funding Circle, and SquareTwo Financial.?

Blair started her career in public accounting and spent six years in the audit space until moving into Customer Experience/Ops Leadership.?

At AVL she supports field team members with how they help AVL clients grow in overall business maturity while ensuring they learn and grow in their careers as well. She is focused on creating a consistent, repeatable, and efficient client experience that allows all field team members to work more cohesively and also allows for meeting specialized client needs.?

She is integral to the rollout of the AVL Growth Methodology which identifies a client organization's level of maturity and provides guidance on how AVL can help them grow their business in a mindful yet successful manner.?

When not holding down the fort at AVL, Blair is a new mom to a one-year-old and is obsessed with rescuing dogs. She currently has three dachshunds!
