Well, coming from someone whom has hired and fired lots of workers, it’s innovation. Over the past 15 years I have been cussed at, newly run over by a vehicle and assaulted by former employees after giving them their walking papers, AR would solve these dangerous situations. If you have not much experience hiring and firing people, you may not know these pain points.
