Milestones
Here are some of the latest milestones for Aufgang projects:
- Funding obtained for 375 West 207th Street in Manhattan
- Zoning approved for 487 Fourth Avenue in Brooklyn
- TCO obtained for 11 West 116th Street in Harlem
- Topping off of 92-54 Queens Blvd. in Queens
- Construction complete for Victory Commons in the Bronx

in the New York Times
The Hilton near Kennedy International Airport is planned to be converted into affordable housing, the first major project of this type in New York City. The developers are Slate and RiseBoro Community Partnership, working with Aufgang as designer.
