Audited Financial Statement Deadline: No Further Deadline Extension

No further extension past 30th September 2022!

The deadline to submit the Audited Financial Statements (AFS) to the Dubai Multi Commodities Center (DMCC) Authority for the financial year commencing on 1st January 2021 and ending on 31st December 2021 was 30th June 2022.

A 3-month extension has already been granted until 30th September 2022. Further extension is no longer possible. Failure to submit the AFS by the Final Submission date would be incurred with a sanction on your portal account.

As stipulated by the directing bodies, after the end of each financial year, within 6 months (i.e., 180 days), all DMCC member companies must provide a signed and stamped Audited Financial Statements Summary Sheet and, the Audited Financial Statements Report, all processed (signed and stamped) by a DMCC approved auditor.

Original documents should be well maintained with the company and made available upon request by the DMCC Inspection Team. Submission of Audited Financials is applicable to all DMCC companies, including subsidiaries and branch companies.

As per the Approved Auditors Rules (AAR) issued on 12th January 2017, AMCA serves as a DMCC Approved Auditor, ensuring that companies abide by the free zones' rules and regulations.
