Audit 2 : Behaviors

If you are at point A in your life and you wish to see yourself at point B.

Example : Point A: Manager or Employee, Point B : General Manager or CEO

Now let us do an audit of what could help you reach point B

  1. Stop Doing: Behaviors you would like to stop doing. These are behaviors that are not helpful for meeting your goal or are actively harmful.

Write down 3 behavior you should stop?
Eg : Watching TV, Social Media

2. Do Less of: Behaviors you would like to do less of, such as those that are sometimes helpful but time-consuming or behaviors on which you have become over-reliant.

Write down 3 behavior you should do less?
Eg : Stop thinking what people will think, Stop using harsh words

3. Keep Doing: Behaviors you want to keep doing with the same frequency because they remain useful for achieving your goal.

Write down 3 behavior you should keep doing?
Eg : Gratitude, Exercise hour

4. Do More of: Behaviors you want to do more frequently because by doing so, you will improve their odds of achieving their goal or achieving it faster.

Write down 3 behavior you should be doing more?
Eg : Learning hour, Helping hour

5. Start Doing: Behaviors you would like to do because they will be helpful or critical for achieving your goal.

Write down 3 behavior you should start doing?
Eg : Help people win, Lunch with 1 team member per day
