Audi a4 Review
The Audi A4 is a four-door, five-seater mid-engine, front-wheel drive executive car with a choice of petrol or diesel engines. It was the first member of the Volkswagen Group to be launched in May 1994. The A4 has been available in three different body styles: sedan (Avant), estate (Avant), and cabriolet. The second generation of the A4 was launched in 1998, with a restyled front end and new engines. The third generation went on sale in 2004, followed by a sportier S4 variant that same year. In November 2006 Audi released their fourth generation A4.
Engine Specifications
The 6-cylinder engine in the A4 is featured in the new generation of this model. It uses 2.0 liters’ displacement with a capacity of 2000cc, up to 620 horsepower and torque is at 440Nm. The turbocharger used in this engine has been adjusted to fit higher loads and lower temperatures. Audi A4 2.0 TFSI is available in different trims, including the standard, sport and S line. This engine is also lighter than its predecessor. The weight of the A4 has been reduced by 70 kg, while the power-to-weight ratio increases by 20%.
Audi A4 is available with a choice of four different engines: two gasoline and two diesels.
The base model uses a 1.4 liter turbocharged engine that produces 150 horsepower. This model also comes with a 7G-tronic transmission, which is an automatic gearbox from Audi.

The Audi a4 safety package comes with integrated safety technologies that combine vehicle safety systems to enhance overall driver and passenger protection while on the road. These technology functions include Audi pre sense basic which helps drivers avoid accidents by anticipating and avoiding possible collisions; bi-xenon headlights which provide top-quality illumination in low and high sidelight conditions; lighting packages for the front and rear bumpers, which help prevent objects from striking the car in front or behind.
The Audi a4 safety package also comes with front and rear parking sensors to detect objects in the vehicle’s surroundings, as well as a head-up display which projects information such as speed, navigation and other driver-related data onto the windshield. All of these safety features work together to provide optimum protection for the driver and passengers.
