Audacity IB Advises on the Sale of ZyMōt Fertility to CooperSurgical

Audacity IB, an award-winning boutique M&A investment bank and transaction consulting firm focused on founder-owned business transformations and exits, announced today that its client, ZyMōt Fertility (the “Company”), has been acquired by CooperSurgical.?

ZyMōt Fertility is the world’s leading provider of proprietary sperm separation devices for assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures.

Audacity IB served as exclusive sell-side financial advisor to the Company in connection with the transaction, which was announced by CooperSurgical on June 10, 2024.? The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Leveraging exclusively licensed technologies developed in the Demirci Bio-Acoustic MEMS in Medicine Labs (BAMM Labs) at Stanford University School of Medicine and Brigham & Women's Hospital, ZyMōt Sperm Separation Devices use a patented approach to separate motile sperm from non-motile sperm in a semen sample.
