The CXXO NoCeiling Summit this year brought to life the theme Audacity to Dream. It was a celebration of extraordinary women who are breaking barriers, challenging conventions, and turning ambitious ideas into impactful realities. ??

As we wrap up 2024, we celebrate an incredible year of milestones. We welcomed three new companies to CXXO, released a report on female entrepreneurship, hosted masterclasses, and brought inspiring founders together at the NoCeiling Summit.

In 2025, we will?continue to champion each other’s growth and lay the groundwork for an even brighter, more inclusive future in the year to come.
