Au revoir, October!

After eight months of hustle, we finally presented our hard work for?the Destination Bromyard tourism campaign. The launch event showcased?what's been done throughout the town, as well as the research and dedication that went into it. It's been a labour of love for sure, but we couldn't be happier with the event turnout.

When the lovely ladies at?Rowley Farm Holidays?were looking for a creative campaign to engage their dog-loving audience, we jumped at the chance. Team Nifty are dog people and we loved thinking up the "Ruff Reviewer" campaign.

We called for people to submit their perfect pooches to be Rowley's Ruff Reviewer. After much deliberation and a vote on social media,?Staffsky River?and her humans won a 2-night stay at Rowley, with all the bells and dog whistles.?

The campaign saw a spike in website visitors, newsletter sign-ups and social engagement, and we're already looking forward to creating more canine content. ????

Our client?Purple Granite?wanted to give back to their community and support local football clubs Kidderminster Harriers FC and Kidderminster Lions. Now, if you know us, you know that we're a football-loving bunch, so we're super excited to shout about this.?

On 8th October the Harriers launched The Purple Granite Stand and The Purple Bar at their home ground. The Lions came for support and a kick about in their new kits during half time, while we cheered them on.?

Since March, we’ve been working closely with sportshotels.com - a new?initiative?that provides?hassle-free team?accommodation?for the sports industry. By providing?hotels that are equipped for sportspeople and a bespoke Sports Desk?service, sporthotels.com allows teams to focus on what really matters -?performance.

As soon as we spoke to the brains behind?sportshotels.com, we knew this was a winning?idea. We've since helped develop the website and establish a full suite of services, including PR, social media, digital ads, website maintenance and creatives. After seven months of?prep work, we’re now ready to launch in November.

So, watch this space - you never now, you might see a famous face or two. ??

This month Team Nifty tried to give up a bad habit and in the end, most of us chose to give up sugary treats.

?? Some failed on the first day because someone (*cough* Danielle) brought in birthday cake

???Someone's wife (*cough* Rachel) bought all their favourite chocolates that proved too tempting

?? Some replaced sweets with chocolate (but still strongly reduced their consumption)

?? Some went cold turkey on sweets, chocolates, cakes and other treats (but slipped up once)

Now that we've more-or-less successfully reduced our sugar intake, it's time to replace it with healthy fruit & veg. That's why in November we're aspiring to eat not just five?but seven -?yes, seven -?servings of fruit or veg a day.
