AU 2024 | Inventor class recommendations

Autodesk University is on October 15-17 in San Diego. The class catalog is open now. Have you chosen your classes yet?

I've been checking out the Inventor classes, and here are a few that caught my eye (click here for the full catalog)*

Mike Thomas is the Technology manager at Praire Machine and an Inventor and Vault veteran. He has a knack for clear explanations and tying examples to real-world problems.

Craig Breckenridge has been the senior designer on some seriously impressive and outlandish projects. He has super-charged Inventor and Vault to help him manage his workload, and I'm excited to hear how he's automated his processes to focus his time on design and engineering.

Steve Hilvers and Mike Hilvers are veterans in engineering and manufacturing. I'm excited to learn how they have increased efficiency and profitability at their company by automating processes using Inventor and Vault.

Curtis Waguespack is one of the smartest people I know and an iLogic automation guru. If I understand one-tenth of his class, I will be 100% better with logic.

This class caught my eye because it involves AI. I'm always excited to learn something new and perhaps push the envelope in my work, so I'm looking forward to?Joel Maia's class.

If you want to get the inside track on what's coming up in Inventor, this is the place to be. Dan Szymanski is one of the nicest people I know, and passionate about bringing you a better version of Autodesk Inventor.

Did you ever wonder why Inventor works the way it does? This panel discussion is a continuation of Steven Dennis wildly popular AU round table session 'Ask the Inventor developer'. Find out what was behind the decisions the team made in designing Autodesk Inventor, learn best practices, and find out what may be coming up in Inventor next.

AU isn't just about learning, it's also about networking. Come and meet your fellow Inventor and Vault users at the Design & Manufacturing community meetup!

You can't make it to AU in person? No problem, digital passes will be available. Check back after August 1st, 2024, to see the digital class catalog.

*Employees don't get to sign up for classes until later in the year - so save me a seat!

There are some seriously great speakers and subjects on this list; I’m honored to be included.
