ATU partners with Intuity Technologies to enhance the direct application process for students and staff

Atlantic Technological University has made significant advancements in their applications process through a strategic investment in the 微软 Client Relationship Management platform in partnership with Intuity Technologies . This advancement will enable the University to improve relationship management between ATU and the 15,000+ people that apply directly to the University each year, outside the CAO system. Applications are managed directly for Online, Flexible Learning and Professional Development courses, Add-on Programmes, Springboard+.
ATU have appointed West of Ireland IT service provider Intuity Technologies, headquartered in Ballybrit, Galway as their development partner for a 6-year programme.
The partnership is focused on improving the entire direct application journey from the initial student enquiry to the application, offer, acceptance and registration stages providing simplified application pathways. The system is being rolled out across all campuses and University application routes. The new systems will improve both student and staff experiences by reducing the administrative effort and timelines along with providing applicants with more immediate and accurate information as they progress through the application and enrolment process.
A significant source of funding for the programme was received from N-TUTORR (National Technological University Transformation for Resilience and Recovery). The N-TUTORR national project is an innovative collaboration across the Technological Higher Education sector to transform and enhance the student experience.
