I spent some time with an AI model today exploring the attributes / qualities of a "Lean Thinker." How much of this is true, would you say?

Obviously humility, curiosity, respect and a zen-like fanaticism for self learning are the main attributes. Important is to facilitate the "growth of people to enable the growth of performance", which can be achieved by: - asking the right questions - being open-mined - like people - can handle and even force silence to allow learning - drilling deep (to gain insights) - Lead to actions and leaning-by-doing ("Trystorming") - Teach the right tool at the right time - give praise (although my Japanese Sensei never gave praise) and hints/guidance To follow your lead, here is a picture of a Lean Sensei. It has: - Big Ears: Listen to what is said, understand what is meant and sense when consensus is forming - Hard Nose: Never compromising on the principles and the pursuit of helping people to see waste - Clear Eyes and googles: See waste, read body languages and make eye contact - Small ;outh: Provide just enough process and direction to help people see the "path" - Broad Shoulders: Hold your nerve, maintain control and do not take things personally - Big feet: Well grounded, keep group on track
