Attracting my audience.
BUILD A LIFESTYLE AROUND YOUR BRAND, AND THE AUDIENCE WILL FOLLOW. EVA CHEN

Attracting my audience.

If you are an influencer, you are constantly finding new ways to attract your audience. Well, is the same when you are meeting with your customers for a PK meeting, I've applied these simple steps throughout my career to gain my customers (audience's) attraction.

Starting with ATTITUDE is "almost" everything. Being sure of yourself is extremely important, so preparing your presentation and reviewing it several times before is essential.

SEDUCTION, is an important weapon. Your appearance, your sense of humor and sympathy, and above all the empathy you achieve with your audience is key. Also, always be open to questions.

Understand your AUDIENCE. Addressing a person is not the same as a group. Nor to a young audience that an older. It is important that you clearly interpret who is on the other side to achieve empathy with the audience.

BODY LANGUAGE, express yourself clearly and make gestures (without exaggerating them) is always important

The PASSION is not over. Many people "fall in love" with passionate people. When you present something, do it with passion and you will be much more credible.

Telling a HISTORY can be interesting. People like to listen to stories, at all levels and ages. If you can tell your presentation as a story, it will always add up.

A picture is worth a thousand words. So if you have the chance to make your presentation supported by images, you have a plus. And it is always worth more a photo to support your idea, than your own idea embodied in text on a power point slide.

RELEVANT message. It is clear that everything said above does not make sense, if you do not have something relevant to tell your audience. So make sure it's that way before you start.

Highlight the IMPORTANT. It is key that you highlight the main message of your talk, even more than once so that there are no doubts.

The beginning and the FINAL. Starting with a catch phrase is usually a very effective tool to capture attention. It can be a question, a challenge, or a relevant joke. And for the end it always leaves your presentation open for thought.
