Attorney General Allows Child Killers To Remain Free

07 Sept. 22. ?On August 27th 2011 Harry Nettlefold’s car was found at Beachy Head, on August 29th his body was brought ashore from the rocks by Beachy Head Lighthouse. An Inquest in June 2012 headed by Coroner Alan Craze gave a verdict of suicide.

Harry’s father Julian Nettlefold, a journalist, commenced a thorough investigation of the facts behind his son’s death and concluded beyond all reasonable doubt that his son Harry was nowhere near Beachy Head on August 27th and that he had been murdered in London that night. His car was driven by a third party, suspected to be Harry’s half-brother Jamie Stork.

To that end in September 2018, Julian Nettlefold submitted an Appeal to the Inquest. Last month Julian Nettlefold received an unsigned letter from the Attorney General’s Office disallowing his Appeal.?It was clear from this false, damaging and unsafe Opinion that the Attorney General’s Office had deliberately ignored clear evidence that Harry Nettlefold was nowhere near Beachy Head on August 27th.

Julian Nettlefold said, “The reason why I did not agree a verdict of suicide from the outset is that for the whole of my son’s life I have been prepared for this dreadful and avoidable moment. I built up a team of experts to protect my son from the abuse he was receiving from the Storks, but as we have seen in the tragic case of Arthur Labinjo-Hughes, the abusers get round the system. My ex-wife Sophie Stork assaulted me on many occasions and framed me for her attempted murder of my son in November 2019. She was diagnosed with a Personality Disorder in 1990, thus I knew that she would continue to abuse my defenceless son, and eventually kill him.”

“I believe that the reluctance of the Attorney General to give a verdict in my favour is that it would provoke a complete review of deaths at Beachy Head, which was put to Parliament in 2013 by local MP Stephen Lloyd who composed a report for the then Home Secretary Theresa May.”

“My son Harry’s case is just another one of the myriad of cases where children killed by their mothers slip through the net. Harry gave a Statement of Abuse against his mother and step-father in 1997 but was sent home to be further abused and then killed as the authorities ignored a history of abuse by his mother on himself and myself and the medical diagnosis of Personality Disorder and brain damage in Mrs Stork.?Like many other cases Harry was on the ‘At Risk Register’ in East Sussex. The Attorney General seems keener to preserve the secrets of Beachy Head deaths, many of which are believed to be murders covered up as suicides, than bring two child killers to justice; it is my belief that Harry was not their only victim.” Julian Nettlefold concluded.

Julian Nettlefold has taken the matter up with his MP Dame Andrea Leadsom MP and will be asking her to write to the Attorney General’s Office for an explanation why two child killers remain free.
