U.S. Foreclosure Activity Sees Uplift in August 2023
ATTOM released its August 2023 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report, which shows there were a total of 33,952 U.S. properties with foreclosure filings — default notices, scheduled auctions or bank repossessions — up 7 percent from a month ago but down 2 percent from a year ago.

Q2 2023 Home Flipping Report
ATTOM's just released Q2 2023 U.S. Home Flipping Report shows that 84,350 single-family homes and condominiums in the United States were flipped in the second quarter. Those transactions represented 8 percent, or one of every 13 home sales, during the months running from April through June of 2023.

Home Affordability Gets Even Tougher Across U.S. During Third Quarter as Home Prices and Mortgage Rates Rise Further
ATTOM released its Q3 2023 Home Affordability Report showing that median-priced single-family homes and condos are less affordable in the third quarter of 2023 compared to historical averages in 99 percent of counties around the nation with enough data to analyze. The latest trend continues a two-year pattern of home ownership getting more and more difficult for average U.S. wage earners.
