Q3 2023 Special Housing Risk Report at County-Level Across the U.S.
In ATTOM's Q3 2023 Special Housing Risk report we saw that California, New Jersey and Illinois had the highest concentrations of the most-at-risk markets in the country, with the biggest clusters in the New York City and Chicago areas, as well as central California.

November 2023 Foreclosure Activity Report
In November 2023 there were a total of 32,120 U.S. properties with foreclosure filings — default notices, scheduled auctions or bank repossessions – up 5 percent from a year ago, but down 7 percent from the prior month.

Q3 2023 Home Flipping Keeps Falling While Investor Profits Keep Rising Across U.S. In Third Quarter Of 2023
ATTOM's Q3 2023 Home Flipping Report showed that 72,543 single-family homes and condominiums in the United States were flipped in the third quarter. Those transactions represented 7.2 percent, or one of every 14 home sales nationwide, during the months running from July through September of 2023.

Home Affordability Remains Difficult Across U.S. During Fourth Quarter Even as Prices Dip Downward
In ATTOM's Q4 2023 Home Affordability report, median-priced single-family homes and condos remained less affordable in the fourth quarter of 2023 compared to historical averages in 99 percent of counties around the nation with enough data to analyze. The latest trend continues a pattern dating back to 2021 of home ownership requiring historically large portions of wages around the country.
