Attitude of Gratitude

Research shows that Gratitude is one of the quickest ways to shift your energy and mindset. Having an Attitude of Gratitude doesn’t mean you ignore your reality or your situation. It means that you CHOOSE to also acknowledge what you appreciate and are grateful for in that same situation or environment.
For example, during this “Great Pause” there are a lot of scary, uncertain, overwhelming, and terrible things happening. Yet, at the same time there are also many beautiful, heart warming, uplifting, and amazing things happening. Having an Attitude of Gratitude allows you to tap into Hope. When there is Hope, there is always a Light at the end of the tunnel.
Share your Attitude of Gratitude in the comments so we can all celebrate with you! I’ll start...
I am grateful for time spent with my partner, for the health and safety of all my friends and family, and for the time and space to be with myself and get some clarity.
I am also extremely grateful for all the health workers, first responders, essential workers, caregivers, and anyone else who is holding our country together right now. We could not do this without you. You all are the definition of HEROES. I can’t wait until the day when we can celebrate you and give back to you even a fraction of what you have given all of us! ????????
