Giving thanks and expressing gratitude is one of the oldest concepts in society. It remind us of how special, beautiful, and blessed our lives are even when we are faced with challenging, stressful, and overwhelming situations. COVID 19 pandemic has given many reason to understand the value of affable partnership in business as well as for life 

The concept of gratitude is especially important in the midst of a pandemic like COVID 19 when the world around us is unpredictable and sometimes even dangerous.

As a part of our endurance to recognize the frontline hospitals who have been with us to ensure people safety and well-being, the concept of Healthcare excellence award we have initiated. The objective of this award is make sure the healthcare professionals who have shown relentless support in managing COVID 19 pandemic get undue respect as they have worked hard either to provide the organization the help in PCR test, vaccination and most importantly caring of moderate to severe cases related to employees who had suffered from the grasp of COVID 19. The healthcare employees commend higher respect as they are putting their own safety at risk for the benefit of others  

The healthcare excellence award was originally conceived as a part of “Reflect in behavior’  campaign of our much appreciated HSE management program termed as "RADAR" – the innovative way of showing compassion by connecting with various stakeholders who make vital contribution for the benefit of human beings
