The Attention Seeker Is Revamping!

The Attention Seeker Is Revamping!

Stanley's Note

I know your process.

I know how to do what you do.

I can tell you in three steps.

It is all that matters in your business.

Everything else is a by-product of this.

And the reason I am going to tell you is,

That I want you to stop worrying about product.

Stop worrying about service.

Stop worrying about cash flow.

I will explain why.

But first, what are the steps?

Step 1: Build relationships.

Step 2: Understand their challenges.

Step 3: Solve them.

That's it.

That's all any of us do.

You can try to poke holes in it.

I bet I can counter.

So, instead of fighting it.

Ask yourself,

How do I build more relationships?

How do I identify people's challenges better?

How can I solve more challenges or refer them to people who can?

When you master these three things, you can do anything.

You can hire people to make your product better.

You can hire people to make your service better.

You can hire people to manage your cash flow better.

This is what The Attention Seeker has always been best at.

We haven't always been the best Creative Agency.

We haven't always been the best Personal Branding Agency.

We haven't always been the best Social Media Agency.

But we have been very good at building relationships.

Figuring out people's challenges.

And then coming back with a solution for those challenges.

What we are now working on is how we execute that solution for people.

To do this, we are hiring.

We are improving our processes.

We are reinvesting a lot back into our team and business to help our customers.

Over the next 3 months, we are rolling out a lot more for our customers.

And we aren't charging them a penny more.

They have trusted us up until this point.

And now it's our job to take things to another level for them.

We could only do this because of how dialled in we have our process.

1: Build relationships.

2: Understand their challenges.

3: Solve them.

Enjoy the rest of the newsletter.

Where we fill you in on the latest at The Attention Seeker (ATTN).

This newsletter is coming from Ashley Short, the new ATTN Internal Brand Exec.

You can expect me to pop out one of these bad boys every week.

That's right,

We're ramping up our newsletter to weekly to give our internal brand the love it deserves.

This one is hot off the press just for you.

Let's right dive in.

______________________________________________

The Attention Seeker is?Revamping

Our internal brand is currently undergoing a revamp,

And for good reason.

With the influx of some major clients.

And our staff dedicating their time to those and existing clients.

We are bringing on staff to help externally and internally.

Prior to new staff,

There was minimal room to focus on our own brand.

While its important to prioritise our clients.

After all they are the ones fueling the business.

Paying the bills.

But we want to continue to grow the business.

And to do that we need a strong brand.

We hired an internal brand manager to oversee internal branding,

Freeing the team to focus on client work.

We believe it is important to maintain high internal branding standards.

Just as a plumber should ensure their own home is properly plumbed.

You wouldn't trust us with your branding if we couldn't maintain our own.

So we're implementing improvements to our internal processes and platforms.

Continuing to enhance the overall Attention Seeker experience.

Let's give The Attention Seeker the TLC it deserves!

What LinkedIn Doesn't See: A Look Into Internal Areas of ATTN & Stanley Henry Brand

You know what vlogging is, right?

Video diaries or video logging, whatever you want to call it.

Stan puts out daily vlogs on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Which is crazy.

But there's a method to the madness.

Many people daily vlog to keep track of their lives.

Show others what they're up to.

It's one of the main benefits of daily vlogging.

Vlogging helps you grow as a person by reflecting on your experiences.

This leads to better self-awareness and personal development.

While building a following on platforms like,

YouTube

Instagram

and TikTok.

Consistently posting videos attracts people that are interested in your life.

In what you have to say.

Leading to more people connecting with you.

If you do it properly.

Over time, this can increase your visibility, building your personal brand.

Daily vlogging is a powerful tool for personal growth and online success.

F**k yeah!! Totally agree, love that you’ve put it so simply here. Worrying about context (product or service) means you’re focusing too much on it… and not enough on identifying and solving problems.
