Attention of Online buyers.



It will be a convenience to shop online and our dopamine surges to buy things ( maybe essential or a sort of it), then problems start like this.

* A palm-size bill with ink that fades away within a month and not a readable font size. This bill was supposed to be with us for a year to claim a warranty. Literally, this bill becomes a waste paper after a month.

* Toll-free no given by these sellers online doesn't work at all or no response to your call.

*These online stores don't validate the product and the sellers.

* The online store and the seller made money at the cost of a dopamine surge in visiting their store online.

* Most of the products online are imported without adequate quality and performance tests.

*Once the product stops working you have to throw it out because no bill, no service center, and toll-free no doesn't work at all.

* A major portion of the money goes out of the country for the product, which we really don't use, just a waste of money. It is impacting our economy. Please the sellers and online stores give a thought on it.

* It is my request to online stores and the sellers to check products once before selling them.

* These online store's customer care, most of them are AI-based text chat ( only predefined options) which really doesn't serve the purpose of the customer since they need to cut the cost of operations.

*If Govt policies are further enhanced by mandating quality checks like ISI before importing products, then it will serve the purpose of the customer, and we can avoid garbage piling.

Big loss for customers.
