The Tiny Home Plug has been busy for 2024 in the scope of creating communities, with an incredible focus in projects that appraise in value. Our focus in the affordable / attainable housing space is not in vein as we work with individuals from a singular vantage point to serve as a consultant first to then reverse engineer into the first step of you cementing you exit strategy into a reality.

We've been beyond grateful to not only be involved in the real estate development space, but also developing the next generation workforce. Not only do we work with a wide range of modular manufacturers, we also work with contractors to equip them with a self-managed division with Another Story . We're working in a wide range of projects with a wide range creative pioneers to create duplexes out of single family homes, communities for the elderly and veterans from a raw piece of land, and overall helping to create Development Templates for our clients.

There is never a dull moment with our projects, to say the least. With our feasibility studies, we love watching giants fall from zoning, business model, structuring for lending or capital raising, and aide in the construction from top to bottom.

What is Coming Online & Offline?

We're going to be creating quite a bit of Q&A's in the coming weeks, going live on youtube, and multicasting to Linkedin, as well. While we are working on different project types to bring to a close, we're determined to make sure the exit strategy makes sense from the beginning, because we do our own projects, as well. With everything happening in the market these days, I thought it to be prudent to share a "broad stroke update" with you.

When it comes to projects, we are focusing primarily on Feasibility Studies from Residential to Commercial Neighborhood build outs. From Alabama to North Carolina, Florida to Ohio, California, Utah and more. When we work in different markets at the same time, we have the engineering teams and manufacturing partnerships to fast track production time so there is no delay in development.

What is Our Project Capacity & Range?

  • ADU Project Designs
  • Second Story Additions for $250k - $1M Homes to double in value and size
  • Second Story Additions for Schools and other Commercial Buildings
  • Developing Single Family Home plots
  • Developing 1/4 acre lots to 60+ acres on a single development

We're contractors and investors ourselves, and we will always want to make sure the project has an exit strategy that makes sense and has a lifespan of completion integrated into the overall project. Opportunity Loss Prevention is important and we want to make sure the role you are playing in your project is reinforced as much as possible from the beginning with our resources, manpower, and network.


Manufacturing Partner Spotlight?

We have become a Cooperate Partner with Champion Homes with a heavy focus in their cross modular product line to tap into their ambitious goal of growing by 20,000 homes in production in just 2024. The Cross Modular product is a stick frame built in a factory, shipped onsite once shovel ready steps are completed, this way you have a smooth development.

In my personal opinion, it's important to have the ability to build residential and commercial real estate, up to local code, at a speed beneficial for cashflow. I have seen so many deals fall flat due to the lack of "speed of stabilization", so if we can close the gap from entitlement to occupancy - WHY NOT?!

Champion is a fantastic group to work with, and when we complete a feasibility study with you on your project, we will have enough data to hand off to them where the "infamous" backlog in modular manufacturers usually have - we get to the front of the line because we will isolate anything and every intangible you don't know to think of. Our partners know when they get a project from us, it is funded and ready to move forward from material to contractor - everyone is on the same page, since we lead from the front.
