Regardless as to how many people you may have on a team working on your video, always pay attention to detail from the very start because if there are tiny little mistakes that are in the video that neither you or your colleagues have noticed then it can bring the whole quality of the video down.
A way to avoid small mistakes is to have maybe 1 or 2 people dedicated to checking over the video constantly to check for any small mistake that may occur and to also oversee the video yourself so that you can point out any mistakes you may see that they might not notice.
