Authorities are seeking assistance in identifying individuals linked to reported wildlife crime and a serious assault in Doncaster.
On Tuesday, April 2nd, at 5:40 pm, reports emerged of several men using dogs for hunting on private property along Lodge Lane in Braithwaite. Allegedly, the landowner confronted these individuals, resulting in an altercation. During this confrontation, it's claimed that the men turned aggressive, causing damage to farm machinery and injuring a 37-year-old woman with a hammer.
Investigations suggest the vehicle used by these individuals had cloned registration plates.
Your assistance is invaluable. Please reach out online, via live chat, or by calling 101, quoting incident number 759 of April 2, 2024.
It's important to stay vigilant and safe, especially when witnessing criminal activity. Instead of approaching the scene directly, keep a safe distance and observe carefully. Remember, confronting criminals can be extremely dangerous. Your safety is paramount. If you witness any suspicious behavior or crimes in progress, immediately contact the Police. Your quick action could prevent harm and ensure justice.

10 个月I’d refer to the excellent training materials provided by Richard Wade! Then record and document the incident and call the police.

10 个月Easy - take careful note of evidence including pictures if possible and call the police. Just like any other crime. Lots of twaddle about threatening behaviour - have been subject to that and to harassment and criminal damage to property. Police attended and damage dealt with. You don't give in to criminality just because it's rural - it isn't a special case. The difficulty is the low level of policing in rural areas. But then urban areas seem to suffer from the same problem too. It's not nice to be subject to harassment from criminals who expect you to let them get away with it because they know the neighbours, where your barns are, or that most rural people won't name and shame countryside criminals (particularly the local ones). But nor is it nice for town dwellers doing their best to deal with vandals, thrives, and drug dealers while others turn their backs.
