What International Conference? Tell me more about it Mohit, it sounds interesting.
So basically it was an International Conference organized by the Modern Institute of Pharmaceutical industry - read below to get to know more about it-. Do you know what was the reason behind us (Me, Harshit, and the team) attending that conference?
Of course, new experience but they also organize the Pharma Star Award (Scientific Model Exhibition), and I and Harshit were excited about it and we were going to create a live working model.

Modern Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Indore is collocating an AICTE Sponsored onsite International Conference with the motif “Natural Products and Drug Development towards a Healthier life in the 21st Century: Research Innovation and Idea” on 12th March 2022.?
He add-on and tell me that?
This conference will boast more than 30 International research scientists and more than 1500 participants’ and 30 MOUs with Pharmaceutical Industry will be inscribed during the instance.
Also, they presented the Pharma Star Award (Scientific Model Exhibition) for students of Pharmacy (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/D.Pharm).
The Storyline-
Know what we exactly do and how!
Begin with brainstorming-?
Multitudes of Ideas crosses minds i.e Ball mill, hammer mills, tray dryers, HPLC and ----
After researching a little bit in MIPS labs and diving into the book names we come up with a final call to show a concise layout of solid dosage form including TPU (tablet Processing Unit) and FBD.
Research Phase--
To know more about the production and manufacturing stages of solid dosage form and the working of FBD, after discussing our faculty members Saurabh Sharma and Deepak Joshi we planned an industrial visit to Danish Healthcare to know the practical scenario of the exact process.
Execution stage__
Get finalized and call comrades for help-
Team up with Harshit, Naman, Shivam and Umang for helping. After recruiting the formalities such as filling up forms and applying applications as nominees and booking seats for the conference and we were done with our next step.
Production and planning--
Planning started with designing prototype drawings and small-scale production layouts.
Getting this line diagram from Google after we designed it to showcase the whole Fluidized Bed Dryer Working
Collecting requirement?
Things that we needed to manufacture FBD-
The raw material we used- Specially welded tank for the chamber, PVS pipes for air inlet and outlet, steal wire gauge for product container, Hair dryer as an air production unit, computer cooling fan as an exhaust unit, stitched fabric for finger bag, a sound beeper sensor for temperature and solid flow monitor, electric board for connection.

The struggle phase-?
The struggle was real!! Searching for someone who listens to your ideas and helps you with your skills and provides you with resources to do your work.
Finding that person is literally a tough task.
But after searching we find Vijay uncle a miles away.??
Also at researching phase, that harder to get in contact with that industrial person.
Also, the expenses are one of the biggest barriers in front of us.
But in the end, we accomplished what we thought.
The final day--
The day started at 6 AM with calling up buddies.
Mohit where are you do it fast, we are on the way
They picked us at 7 AM, loading whole in car's dicky is little tricky but we did.
Finalize our wagonR to reach our destination ie Modern Institute of Pharmaceutical Institute after traveling 61KM.
The conference was super valuable and its time for the final showdown
Here we presented our FBD and TPU model to the judges and they were quite impressed by our presentation. After Cross's questioning and answering, they evaluate and appreciate our effort.?
Sum up--
What an amazing experience, tough to tell in words but that was real.
Harshit and I and the team literally did a great job. Special thanks to Prof. Saurabh Sharma and Prof Deepak Joshi sir for guiding us.
Yet not we awarded by the price but we are awarded by our experience.
That's all.
