Well, yes, the trending Marvel-themed masks, pocket sanitizers, gloves, and whatnot, are perishing from our sight since the deliberate Covid-19's demise and educational institutions are sirening offline exams. Or call it going back to filling 20 sheets in time remarked as the monstrous situation for college students.
Covid-19 has had unbelievable after-effects including, fatigue, procrastination, low spirit, obesity, etc. These traits add to the "exam fear." Every action, decision, feeling, and perception remain associated with the functioning of the brain. Therefore, it's more of 'mind attempting the exam' than 'you attempting the exam.'?
Follow these 5 routines to excel in attempting the exam of Mind:?
1. Hold the mind before it holds you: The mind processes 6.5 thoughts per minute, as per the researchers' data. When an idea or thought ends, another begins without any interval that leads us to ponder how logical it seems to have an automatic train of thoughts in our minds. Halt, that's not the end. When we carry out an assigned task, the series of automatic thought processes often come to an end. This pattern is nothing else but focus. If you have heard it or not, now you know that "to focus is to hold the mind," Currently, the real obstacle is building this focus. The most feasible and workable way is to meditate, which might seem boring but has a spiritual essence. Don't huckle simply follow the methods here:?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9YKY7fdwyg
2. The mind knows when you breathe: Your breathing patterns affect brain functions to a great extent. A person tends to screw up a situation when he is of an unsteady, unrelaxed, or anxious mind which could attribute to the breathing pattern. We know the anxious feeling while sitting in the examination hall before the question sheet is handed. From now on, just sit back, divert your mind to the details around, and take long breaths. (You can even notice the quality of wood of the bench).?

3. Mind your business (Owwch!): Let's talk a bit about business here. Generally, the purpose of every student is to achieve decent grades in the examination period, and that's their business. This business maintenance calls for eliminating or to an extent resisting distractions from achieving the goal. The best way to pursue this is to carve a schedule while the examination preparation period: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmS-C8DTnCc
4. The mind sees what you see: Scrap the old school myth of unsubscribing Netflix, disconnecting the tv cable, the internet tradition of continuous cramming since exam preparation could be tedious. Now that we have formed a routine, try seeking a hobby to escape (paint, watch movie, read novels, etc). Caution: Escape is reasonable as long as you can find your way back to the purpose (Your routine is awaiting the action).
5. Mind as an early bird: Whether it's the exams coming up or mere college classes, develop a habit of waking up early that would do wonders equally having implications on outcomes of exams. If you start waking up at 5 AM, you'll be able to create intention and connection to your purpose, do some learning, and then make some progress toward your goals. If you make even little progress toward big goals over time, you'll start to see massive results.
Hey! We understand the jittery sensation in the stomach while exams, ease-out and follow the methods to stay rooted. Reach out to us with your questions in the comment section.
