State-Rajasthan...District-Udaipur...Block-Kotra...Village-Bakhel. A tribal area in the interiors of the country. Only one completely functioning center for primary education; but no proper means for secondary education. Which means that the students have wasted eight years of their life, effort and money. Trying to find the solution for the problem at Bakhel.
