Attachment To Outcomes SUFFOCATES The Possibility

YOU deserve to breathe and others deserve to experience your BEST self.

Attachment or control stem from a place of fear.

Fear is like you holding your breath and sinking deeper and deeper beneath the surface.

The deeper you go, the less likely you’ll find yourself able to breathe and the longer it’ll take for you to experience that breath.

I find many of us, especially high performers and “go-getters”, get so tightly gripped around an outcome we are working towards that we eventually burn out or find ourselves consumed with overwhelm.

The reason for this is because you’re holding your breath just a tightly as you’re holding your grip onto trying to control and outcome with all you have inside of you.

The tighter your grip, the longer you hold your breath and sink to the bottom.

The further you sink, the less opportunity and possibilities you’ll see as your focus narrows more and more into survival mode.

Survival mode, aka STRESS, limits our visibility to possibility along with dropping our IQ in a matter of minutes.

It’s easier said than done BUT with the right tools, beliefs, and support, you’ll find yourself able to detach from controlling an outcome.

With the sense of detachment, you’ll find yourself able to breathe again and let go of the control, aka FEAR, and you’ll begin to see opportunity for you to act on.

This is where the MAGIC happens and you begin to witness and experience the RESULTS you’re after.

BUT, it begins with changing from the Inside out so you can BREATHE.

You’re no good passed out and you deserve to breathe and others deserve to experience your BEST self.
